What you bring
You bring your own AI tool and any subscription it needs. Kosapex hosts your Webapps and knowledge in your Workspace. It does not include an AI model or an AI subscription.
Connection requirements depend on your AI tool, plan, and administrator settings. The connection guide for Claude and ChatGPT explains the available paths and known limitations. Claude Code and Claude web/Desktop use different connection methods; follow the instructions for your tool inside your Workspace.
Set up your first Webapp
- Sign in to Kosapex and create or select your Workspace.
- Choose a Webapp. CRM and Knowledge need no external provider; other Webapps may need an email or research provider, or guided setup.
- Follow the connection guide, sign in when prompted, select the intended Workspace, and approve access.
- In a new conversation with the connection enabled, ask your AI: “Use kosapex to list my installed Webapps.” Check that the returned Webapps belong to the Workspace you selected.
Read the Workspace and Webapp pricing before adding Webapps. The seven-day trial covers the Workspace and one selected $1 Webapp. Knowledge is included. Additional Webapps and external providers are priced separately.
Webapp requirements and availability
- CRM — Available in beta. Install CRM in your Workspace, then connect a supported AI tool. No external provider is required. You can review records directly in the Webapp Dashboard.
- Prospector — Provider setup required. Connect a supported search or enrichment provider in your Workspace. Provider availability and charges depend on your configuration. CRM is a separate Webapp.
- Outreach — Email provider required. Install CRM and Outreach, then add your own Resend or Postmark Sending Connection before sending. Configure your sending window and required contact fields. Email provider charges are separate.
- Bookings — Provisioned pilot. Bookings is available in provisioned pilot Workspaces. Request pilot access so we can confirm setup, access, and the right allowance for your team.
- Knowledge — Available in beta. Deploy Knowledge and connect your AI tool to the Workspace. A team member reviews proposed entries before they become available to connected agents.
- Dialer — Coming Soon. Live calling is not available yet. Campaign setup includes consent, regional rules, provider configuration, and budget controls before a call can run.
Try a CRM note
This is a demonstration with a fictional customer, not a measured customer result. Install CRM and connect your AI before trying it.
- Ask: “In CRM, create a test Lead named Maya Reed at Example Studio. Do not send any email.” Check the result for the saved Lead.
- Ask: “Find Maya Reed at Example Studio and add a note: interested in our monthly plan.” If several records match, choose the intended Lead before making a change.
- Open CRM in your Workspace to check the Lead and note. Ask your AI to show that Lead’s timeline to confirm what was saved.
See the CRM examples and supported actions for customer searches, notes, and pipeline updates. The screenshots on Webapp pages use fictional sample records.
Prepare a follow-up
Outreach uses CRM Leads and your own Sending Connection. Connect a supported email provider before sending; provider charges are separate. Draft a sequence, check its wording and sending window, then preview the intended recipients and messages before confirming enrollment.
Personalized replacement messages require Member review in Approvals. Check the next send and stop follow-ups when they are no longer appropriate. If reply syncing is not configured, record replies in Outreach so the Lead’s active sequences stop.
The Outreach page explains drafting, scheduling, review, and reply handling. A preview or AI confirmation is not the same as Member approval for every action.
If setup does not work
- If you cannot add a connection, check your AI tool’s plan and administrator permissions in the setup guide.
- If no Webapps appear, check that the connection is enabled in this conversation, that you selected the correct Workspace, and that a Webapp is installed there.
- If a Webapp cannot act, check its provider connection, required fields, pending approvals, and Safety Limits in your Workspace.
Limited human help with one supported connection is included during beta. Contact support@kosapex.com with the tool you use and the error you see. Keep Workspace Tokens and provider credentials out of your message.
